RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will provide instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged, defective or it was sent in error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, no cut, not wet or no any damaged by common carrier. also must be  in new condition. We do not accept returns  items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies. usually your refund will credit 3-7 working days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do allow exchanges for unused, non-personalized items. You must contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange. call us at   +91 96442 24000  and please keep your order number.

WARRANTY

  • CARYBU products are made of high quality materials and accessories.
  • Warranty is offered against defects in the materials of our products from the date of Purchase.
  • In the event of such defects during the warranty period, return this product at your expenses to the CARYBU (269/2/2, Lohar Pipaliya Near Reliance Petrol Pump A.B. Road, Dewas-455001 (Madhya Pradesh). We will repair your product without any charges.
