Return, Replacement & Repair Policy – Carybu

At Carybu, each leather bag is carefully manufactured and quality-checked before dispatch. As our products are handcrafted premium items, returns are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects.

 

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects such as:

  • Stitching opening or stitching defects
  • Damaged or faulty zip
  • Broken buckle, lock, chain, or hardware fitting
  • Other verified manufacturing-related defects
  •  

2. Return Request Time Period

Customers must report any issue within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after 7 days will not be eligible for:

  • Return
  • Replacement
  • Refund
  •  

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags should be available
  • Valid invoice/order proof must be provided
  • Photos or videos of the issue may be required

Carybu reserves the right to inspect and verify the product before approving any return request.

 

4. Repair Support After 7 Days

If any issue is reported after 7 days from delivery:

  • Return or replacement will not be applicable.
  • Carybu may offer repair service depending on the product condition and issue type.

 

Important Conditions:

  • Repair acceptance will depend on inspection by our team.
  • Any repair charges, material charges, or courier charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

 

5. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or repairs will not be accepted for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
  • Water, chemical, or fire damage
  • Scratches, cuts, or accidental damage
  • Color fading due to sunlight or moisture
  • Damage caused by overloading the bag
  • Natural leather texture or color variations

 

6. Refund & Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Replacement, repair, or refund will be provided based on product availability and defect assessment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
